Most likely she is a fraud. Though we can't exactly underestimate her psychic ability. According to wikipedia she's been convicted with investment fraud and grand theft. She also has numerous incorrect predictions.

I think they accept it. They currently allow my site on Adwords psychicsbyphone.com and display network is available for it. That means there must be something else with your site.
